‘Drive Together’ eCRM campaign
Writing for Mazda is pure craft. Their tone of voice is precise yet dynamic – demanding care and attention to elevate what could be run-of-the-mill car sales into something aspirational. When they evolved their brand in 2017, I was appointed lead copywriter on the eCRM campaign designed to communicate the change to their subscribers. Below is one of the emails. Its aim was to introduce the campaign in a way that weaved together an ancient Japanese philosophy with the exhilarating drive at the wheel of a Mazda.
